Esther and Rachel will kick us off on Friday night. They are from Newtown and in their spare time head to hippie festivals to create a Jesus flavour. They have a conversational approach and will explain the journey we will go on this weekend.

Spanky Moore (his real name is Joshua) will be then taking us through the beginning of this story for Easter - Jesus' Death. Spanky is from Nelson and hangs out mostly with people aged your youth leaders ages. He is hilarious and he will make you laugh for sure!We will finish Saturday talking about what its like to be hopeless. Andrew Spence takes us through the period between death and resurrection.

Sunday morning sees the journey take a dramatic turn. We thought all was hopeless but God redeems it all through the resurrection. We are going to spend a lot of time here as Myriam and Spanky bring us the message of hope for the world.

As Bishop of our Diocese, Justin leads our leaders. He will bring a message about how to live this Jesus life for a long time. He has been a street performer and clown, led a movement of people caring for vulnerable people and now led a Diocese. He will have some wisdom to share and lead us through communion on the meal Jesus' friends ate.

Are you really into making your faith active?
Do you just love to see things right and people helped? What about our environment, do you care for it?
Luka Duckworth will take us through Christian Social Justice and why it is so important to our faith.

Spanky Moore spoke this morning and now you have the chance to ask any question you like. What did you disagree with? What would you like to explore more?
Come prepared to ask your questions and do deeper with the speaker.

What does being a disciple of Christ mean today in Aotearoa 2024?
Is it Calling yourself a Christian? Going to church? Believing in Jesus? Being Moral?
Or is it something different?
Do people today live their lives like the disciples did? Come and join this discussion if you are interested in what it could physically look like, smell like and feel like being a young adult disciple today.
Ngatiawa River Monastery will bring us this workshop.

Andrew Spence grew up non-christian and came to know Jesus at a camp like this. There were lots of questions he had as a teenager about being a Christian.
So if you are new to faith and have a heap of questions about faith or doubting your faith this workshop is for you!
